Embodied AI is building the operating system for autonomous factories in Europe. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer on the Platform team, you will own development of our customer portal and ERP/MES systems, connecting Manufacturing Intelligence to the humans who use it.

You’ll architect features from CAD upload to real-time order tracking and operator work instructions. Based at our Zurich HQ (Oerlikon), you’ll work across the full stack, on-site with optional hybrid arrangements.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with production-ready applications.
• Strong front-end with TypeScript/React and back-end patterns.

Europe's defense industrial base cannot respond at the speed modern conflict requires. Legacy suppliers operate on month-long timelines. Tribal knowledge is retiring. Supply chains are fragile. SAEKI is building the operating system for autonomous factories — the infrastructure that lets Europe manufacture mission-critical components at software speed.

You'll build the customer-facing portal and factory operating system features that connect our customers to our factory. When a critical defense program needs parts by next week, your code is how they get them.

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer on our Platform team, you'll own development of our customer portal and ERP/MES systems — the interface between our Manufacturing Intelligence stack and the humans who use it. You'll architect features from customer CAD upload to real-time order tracking to operator work instructions.

Based at our HQ in Zurich (Oerlikon), you'll build:

• Customer Portal: CAD upload, automated quoting, order management, secure document exchange, real-time production tracking.
• Factory OS (ERP/MES): Job scheduling, work order management, operator interfaces, production dashboards, quality workflows.

Note: You do not need defense or manufacturing experience to excel in this role.

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer with a proven track record of shipping production-ready applications.
• Technical Excellence: Strong command of TypeScript, React, and modern backend patterns (Go, Python, or Rust). Comfortable with PostgreSQL optimization and API design.
• End-to-End Ownership: You own features from database schema to API design to frontend implementation. You don't wait for someone else to handle "the other half."
• Technical Agency: Comfortable making decisions with minimal supervision. You have a passion for building interfaces that solve complex user workflows.
• First Principles Thinker: You reason by physics and economics, not analogy.
• Industrial Grit: Comfortable spending time on the shop floor in Germany to see how your software interacts precision machinery.
• Maniacal Urgency: You understand that speed is our only edge. You thrive in the "chaos-to-order" phase of a startup.
• On-site: Ability to work in-person at our HQ in Zurich, Switzerland.
• Engineers who only work on frontend or only work on backend. You must be comfortable across the full stack.
