About the Role

As Neomir continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated Senior Full-Stack Development Engineer to become an integral part of our dynamic team. This role is more than just a regular web dev job - it's a chance to lead holistic projects that will bring Neomir's core technology to our customers.

You will contribute significantly to the following projects:

1. Our pattern detection engine, a feature that we plan to launch in Q4/2025
2. Our LLM-based DQ Assistant engine, a feature we have launched in Q4/2024 and are continuously improving on
3. Any other projects in our product pipeline

Important Note: The data science aspect of these features will be led by our data scientists - your part will be to bring their work to our web application.

For security purposes, we can't disclose more about our tech stack before the interview, but can guarantee that we only work with the latest technologies.

Your contribution will have a direct impact on the growth and success of our product.

Requirements

Education:

University degree in Computer Science, Data Science or related fields

OR comparable professional experience

OR comparable auto-didactic experience (project portfolio required)

Must-Have:

Solid experience with at least two of the following security standards for Web Applications:

1. OWASP
2. CWE/SANST25
3. ISO/IEC 27001
4. NIST SP 800-53
5. PCI DSS
6. CIS Controls

Solid experience with security standards for relational databases (e.g. RLS)

Solid experience with React.js and Node.js

Solid experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL

A positive, problem-solving attitude, capable of proposing innovative solutions and thinking outside the box

A proactive approach, taking initiative and ownership of projects and tasks

Passion for working in a startup environment, valuing innovation, agility, and a hands-on approach

Excellent communication skills in English or German, both verbal and written

Nice-to-Have:

Experience with TailwindCSS

Experience with Full-Stack frameworks like Next.js, Remix or Astro
