Are you a Senior Full Stack Developer looking to work on meaningful technology that has a direct impact on its users? Do you enjoy working across both backend and frontend development while having the freedom to shape technical solutions from concept through to delivery? This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation developing modern digital applications used every day by a diverse user community.

A key part of the role will involve developing scalable solutions using Microsoft SQL Server and Entity Framework, working with complex data models and large datasets while identifying opportunities for performance optimisation. You will also contribute to technical specifications and interface documentation, develop and execute test cases, and ensure solutions are well documented and maintainable. Experience with Windows Server environments, including application and database servers and virtualised environments, would be advantageous.

You'll have significant scope to contribute ideas, prioritise effectively and work collaboratively with an experienced team to develop sustainable, practical solutions.

Salary: CHF 90,000 – CHF 130,000 + Benefits

Working Pattern: 80–100%

Language: Fluent German, both written and spoken (C1 and above), is essential.
