Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of shipping production web apps in TypeScript.
• Strong experience with React/Next.js and code quality practices.
• Able to read/write Python or work with Python services.

Aufgaben

• Design and build production features across the full stack, from data model to UI.
• Integrate LLM APIs into production workflows with prompts, structured outputs and token optimization.
• Build and operate long-running, multi-step simulation workflows that must not fail silently.
• Maintain AI path quality via tracing, evals and regression checks.
• Own features end-to-end, ensuring performance, quality and correctness.
• Collaborate with research to productionize AI capabilities like persona models and agent architectures.
• Improve platform architecture as workloads grow and scale.
