Zusammenfassung

VF Corporation, based in Stabio, Switzerland, seeks a Senior FP&A Analyst to join The North Face FP&A team, focusing on P&L planning and forecasting, with emphasis on sales and margin analysis to maximize revenue and profitability.

You will gather Budget, Forecasts and Ops Risks data, loading into BPC, and deliver ad hoc reports to Senior Management. You will work with FP&A colleagues and other functions, reporting to the FP&A Director.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in finance or a related field.
• 3+ years of FP&A experience.
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of the outdoor industry.
• Fluent in English; another EU language is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage FP&A planning and forecasting tools for consistency and accuracy.
• Load actuals and forecasts into the system.
• Analyze trends in WHS channels and major accounts to improve forecasting.
• Align sales, margin and inventory targets with financial plans.
• Support SG&A COE to deliver profit analysis.
• Ensure timely BPC loading, revenue walk and margin insights.
• Contribute to the budget and five-year rolling plan with Planning.
