Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in pharmaceutical drug product formulation and manufacturing process development, preferably solid dosage forms.
• Familiar with Quality by Design approaches.
• High level of independence in conducting experiments and documenting development.
• Hands-on experience with assembly, setup and operation of oral solid dosage equipment.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical safety procedures; willing to wear PPE based on API OEL classifications.

Responsibilities

• Participate in planning and execution of formulation and process development trials according to protocols.
• Dispensing and sampling of materials; operate rooms and equipment per procedures.
• Prepare technical development documentation protocols and input to development reports.
• Conduct IPC tests; document and interpret results.
• Clean operational areas and equipment per internal procedures.
• Manage inventory of facility consumables including raw materials, excipients, packaging materials, and PPE.
