Job summary

Batgroup in Lausanne is seeking a seasoned Head of Finance Operations to lead daily finance operations, close processes, A/R/A/P, payroll, tax, and treasury with a strong emphasis on controls and commercial partnering. You will collaborate with the CFO and departmental managers to drive financial performance and ensure compliance across the group.

The role requires 10+ years in finance, a Master in Finance or accounting, and professional credentials (CPA/ACCA a strong asset).

Qualifications

• Master in Finance or Accounting or equivalent.
• 10+ years in finance with audit background (Big 4 preferred).
• Experience in a scale-up or high-volume services environment valued.

Responsibilities

• Support CFO on day-to-day finance operations and governance.
• Lead closing processes (monthly/quarterly/year-end) and treasury.
• Strengthen controls, policies, and internal controls.
• Provide business partnering to local and international markets.
• Coordinate audits and tax/compliance matters.
• Drive continuous improvement of finance processes and systems.
