Zusammenfassung

cereneo is seeking a hands-on Senior Manager Group Finance to lead the Swiss accounting for four entities, guiding three accountants and acting as finance counterpart to clinics and group functions. You will report to the Group CFO and drive accuracy, controls and tax compliance.

The role is based on site in Hertenstein and Vitznau (80–100% workload), with limited remote work and a fixed-term from Oct 2026 to Apr 2028, with potential extension or conversion at FY27.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on responsibility for Swiss statutory accounts under the Code of Obligations.
• Experience leading a small accounting team and continuous process improvement.
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Own accounting for four Swiss entities from day-to-day bookkeeping to year-end statements.
• Coordinate external audits and manage intercompany transactions.
• Lead cost accounting, tax returns, and VAT; support group consolidation planning.
• Partner with clinic management and CFO on planning and decisions.
