Gravis Robotics in Zurich, Switzerland is hiring a Senior Embedded Linux Engineer to own the embedded platform end-to-end. You will drive boot, kernel, device-tree, and rootfs setups, and bring up new hardware with hardware engineers.

You will implement kernel drivers to connect sensors to the autonomy stack, and lead OTA update and recovery strategies while enforcing security hardening across the fleet.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, CS, or related field.
• Deep knowledge of Linux kernel internals: drivers, device tree, memory mgmt.
• Experience with custom hardware bring-up and CI/CD processes.
• Good English; able to work in a fast-moving startup.

Aufgaben

• Own the embedded Linux platform end-to-end: bootloader, kernel, device tree, rootfs.
• Bring up new hardware with electrical engineers from power-up to customer boot.
• Write and maintain kernel drivers linking sensors to autonomy stack.
• Drive OTA update and recovery strategies for machines worldwide.
• Implement security hardening: secure boot, disk encryption, container isolation.
