Job summary
ARTELIA Industrie Suisse SA in Pratteln (Basel area) seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer with strong EIA/EMSR expertise for chemical and process industries in Switzerland. You will lead technical interfaces, design electrical systems, and contribute to architecture and budgeting for challenging projects.
You will bring 8–10 years in industrial electrical engineering, GMP awareness, and fluency in German with good English. Travel to regional sites is expected as part of the role.
Qualifications
- Fluent German is essential; professional working proficiency in English is required.
- Proven expertise in electrical engineering and EMSR/EIA systems.
- Strong project coordination and technical leadership capabilities.
- Experience with commissioning and start-up activities in process industries.
Responsibilities
- Prepare budget estimates and contribute to EIA/EMSR architecture design.
- Lead EIA work packages and act as technical interface between disciplines.
- Perform electrical distribution studies and design schematics.
- Contribute to project costing and supplier discussions.
- Mentor junior engineers and manage client relations.
- Support commissioning and operations at industrial sites in Switzerland.
