Job summary

On is seeking a Dynamics 365 F&O professional to join the Finance and Operations team in Zurich. The role involves collaborating with engineers, product managers and consultants to implement features from design through deployment, and to ensure best practices within the Dynamics 365 framework.

Hybrid work model in Zurich with responsibility for requirements gathering, solution design and end-to-end testing, plus training end users and supporting BI data quality improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrated knowledge and experience in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
• Deep understanding of supply chain processes and “to be” process design.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and translating needs into solutions.
• Experience with end-to-end functional testing and training delivery.
• Self-driven, customer service oriented and a problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Organise workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Establish an overview of requirements defined by business stakeholders including business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with the Solution Architect to conceive high-level solutions and document them in Design Documents and Functional Specifications.
• Facilitate the development of new business processes and discuss these with stakeholders.
• Ensure best practice based on Microsoft Dynamics standards and configured/customised accordingly.
• Develop detailed specifications so they are understood by development teams.
• Provide advice during implementation including configuration, customisation and testing of Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Analyse defects and advise on options to resolve them.
• Support the improvement of BI data quality to drive process improvements.
