Job summary

Green sucht eine erfahrene Fachkraft im Kostencontrolling, die das Controlling-Team in einer zukunftsorientierten Umgebung weiterentwickelt. Sie arbeiten eng mit der Bauabteilung zusammen, treiben Automatisierung voran und übernehmen schrittweise die Leitung des Projektcontrollings, während Sie die Transparenz und Effizienz erhöhen.

Sie bringen eine solide betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung, 5+ Jahre Controlling-Erfahrung, Deutsch/Englisch auf C1; idealerweise Abacus- und BI-Kenntnisse; Wohnsitz

Qualifications

• Gute betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung, idealerweise mit eidg. Fähigkeitszeugnis Finanz- und Rechnungswesen oder gleichwertiger Qualifikation.
• Mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung im Controlling, vorzugsweise im Bauwesen.
• Erfahrung in funktionalem oder Linienmanagement von Mitarbeitenden ist von Vorteil.
• Analytische Denkweise, Zahlenaffinität, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
• Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit, umsetzungsorientiert und mit Leadership-Potenzial.
• Kenntnisse in Abacus und BI-Tools sind von Vorteil.
• Deutsch und Englisch auf C1-Niveau oder darüber.

• Budgetierung, Forecasting und Kostenkontrolle in allen Bauphasen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Baubteilung.
• Entwicklung des Projektcontrolling-Teams und Optimierung von Methoden, Systemen und Tools mit Fokus auf Automatisierung.
• Leitung bereichsübergreifender Projekte im Controlling zur Förderung innovativer Lösungen.
• Sparringspartner des Managements bei Finanzprojekten zur Unterstützung fundierter Entscheidungen.
• Berichtsvorbereitung für interne Stakeholder, Geschäftsleitung, Investoren und Banken.

Your responsibilities

• Preparing project reports for internal stakeholders, senior management, investors, and banks.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and cost control across all construction phases in close collaboration with the Construction department.
• Developing the project controlling team and optimizing methods, systems, and tools with a strong focus on automation and efficiency.
• Leading cross-functional projects within the controlling environment to drive innovative solutions and processes.
• Acting as a sparring partner for management on all finance-related project matters to support informed decision-making.

Your profile

• Solid business management education, ideally with a Swiss Federal Diploma in Finance and Accounting or an equivalent qualification.
• At least five years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in the construction industry.
• Experience in functional or line management of employees is an advantage.
• Analytical mindset with a strong affinity for numbers and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work.
• Strong communication skills, assertive personality, delivery-focused, and leadership potential.
• Knowledge of Abacus and BI tools is an advantage.
• Proficiency in German and English at C1 level or above.
