Green Datacenter AG sucht eine erfahrene Fachperson als Senior Cost Controller. Sie übernehmen das Projektcontrolling unserer Rechenzentren und steuern Budgetierung, Forecasting sowie Kostenkontrolle in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Bauabteilung.

Sie führen das Projektcontrolling-Team, optimieren Prozesse und Systeme und treiben Automatisierung sowie Effizienzsteigerungen voran. Wir bieten ein dynamisches Umfeld, spannende Projekte und langfristige Verantwortung.

Qualificações

• Fundierte betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung, ideal mit einem eidgenössischen Diplom.
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Controlling-Erfahrung, vorzugsweise im Bauwesen.
• Führungserfahrung oder -potenzial; Teamleitung bevorzugt.
• Analytische Fähigkeiten, Zahlenaffinität und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.

Responsabilidades

• Verantwortung für das Projektcontrolling unserer Rechenzentren.
• Budget- und Forecast-Analysen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Bauabteilung.

Your responsibilities

At Green, you will take on overall responsibility for the project controlling of our data center projects and campuses, ensuring precise and efficient financial management. Your key tasks include:

• Preparing project reports for internal stakeholders, senior management, investors, and banks.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and cost control across all construction phases in close collaboration with the Construction department.
• Developing the project controlling team and optimizing methods, systems, and tools with a strong focus on automation and efficiency.
• Leading cross-functional projects within the controlling environment to drive innovative solutions and processes.
• Acting as a sparring partner for management on all finance-related project matters to support informed decision-making.

Your profile

• Solid business management education, ideally with a Swiss Federal Diploma in Finance and Accounting or an equivalent qualification.
• At least five years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in the construction industry.
• Experience in functional or line management of employees is an advantage.
• Analytical mindset with a strong affinity for numbers and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work.
• Strong communication skills, assertive personality, delivery-focused, and leadership potential.
• Knowledge of Abacus and BI tools is an advantage.
• Proficiency in German and English at C1 level or above.
