Zusammenfassung

Deloitte Zurich is seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer to lead cloud strategies and migration initiatives. You will work within a trusted Cloud Engineering team to advise clients, design architectures, and drive outcomes across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and VMware platforms.

You will collaborate with sales and delivery teams, take ownership of deliverables, and help advance internal cloud practices while supporting client success and transformation programs.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in IT / computer science or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in Cloud solutions strategy or implementation for mid to large-size organizations.
• Experience with architecting, designing, implementing, or operating IT systems on leading Cloud platforms.

• Work collaboratively within integrated, cross‑functional teams to deliver comprehensive Cloud strategies, infrastructure transformations and/or plan and execute migration projects
• Take on responsibility for your deliverables or projects while managing clients and helping your team members to hone their technical skills
• Develop new business opportunities with clients, and support or manage proposals
• Drive the growth of our Cloud Engineering offering by contributing to our internal practice and team development

Who we are looking for

• You-re not only an expert in your field, but also a skilled communicator and people person with full traveling mobility and the ability to build relationships with business and technology leaders
• You enjoy supporting the sales cycle within a consulting organization, and have the following qualifications:
• University degree (Bachelors, Master's, MBA or PhD) in IT / computer science / software engineering / business information systems or similar
• 3+ years of experience in Cloud solutions (IaaS/ PaaS) strategy or implementation for mid to large-size organizations (this includes private/public Clouds on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or VMware), as well as with architecting, designing, implementing, or operating IT systems on leading commercial Cloud platforms
• Work experience in an IT operations or infrastructure teams is a plus
• Ideally you bring certifications which confirm your capabilities in the related fields
• Understanding of Cloud governance, Cloud operating model, various Cloud capabilities is also considered as plus
• Fluency in German and English
