This position plays a key role in partnering with the business to embed international trade and anticorruption requirements into daily operations and transactions—ensuring compliance while supporting global business growth. You'll provide strategic guidance on export/import, sanctions, and anticorruption regulations; develop, draft and implement clear, practical policies; respond to compliance-related issues as they arise and conduct risk assessments and support audits to verify the effectiveness of our compliance program. The role also involves reviewing and approving employee compliance requests, supervising one team member, and supporting Local Compliance Officers. You'll lead employee training on compliance policies, contribute to audits and risk assessments, and help design internal controls to track and enhance the effectiveness of our compliance efforts.
This position is preferably located in Basel, but could be located in Zurich or Madrid.
