• 8–10 years IT infra experience, incl. 2–4 years senior level.
• Proven Azure and Microsoft 365 administration expertise.
• Strong Active Directory and hybrid identity experience.
• Hands-on with VMware/Hyper-V and Windows Server.
• SCCM/Endpoint Configuration Manager experience.
• PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Security, governance, and risk management across cloud/hybrid.
