ELCA Security, a subsidiary of ELCA Group, is seeking a Senior Cloud & Data Security Consultant in Switzerland. You will advise, design, and implement cloud and data security solutions for leading Swiss organizations, driving risk analyses, data governance, and zero-trust strategy across diverse projects.

You will lead workshops, support pre-sales, and translate business needs into actionable security requirements while collaborating with a young, motivated team and top-tier clients across

Qualifikationen

• Degree in computer science or equivalent (university, HES, polytechnic).
• Deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft Purview (data governance, security, compliance & risk).
• Proven track record facilitating functional workshops and translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Excellent communication skills — you can make complex security concepts clear and compelling to any audience.
• Strong written and spoken English, plus German or French (both is a bonus).

• Lead risk analyses and security assessments using structured methodologies.
• Design and implement data classification and protection policies.
• Architect and deploy cloud security solutions using cutting-edge technologies.
• Drive the full project lifecycle — from requirements to delivery — owning quality and results.

• Advise clients on governance, cloud security strategy, and zero-trust adoption.
