You will build quantitative models to optimise dose selection, support regulatory submissions, and mentor junior scientists in a global matrix environment. You bring a PhD/MD/PharmD with 5+ years in pharma/biotech, strong skills in NONMEM, R or similar tools, and a passion for AI-enabled decision making to advance

Competenze

• Education: PhD/PharmD/MD with pharmacometrics/clinical pharmacology specialization.
• Experience: 5+ years in pharma/biotech in quantitative pharmacology.
• Technical toolkit: pharmacometrics software, data analytics, AI-enabled approaches.
• Communication: translate quantitative data for cross-functional leadership.

• Lead CP across all development phases within cross-functional teams.
• Drive MIDD strategies to optimise trial design and dose selection.
• Perform modelling to inform regulatory submissions and decisions.
• Lead CP sections of regulatory documents (IB/IND/NDA).
