Pax in Basel is seeking an experienced professional to shape occupational pensions and underwrite new connections for our foundations. You will review applications and advise our sales team, clients and partners with confidence and independence.

We value independent, solution-oriented work and welcome additional BVG-related training. The role offers a hybrid setup with flexible home office and opportunities to mentor junior talents.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of professional experience in occupational pensions (BVG)
• Completed commercial apprenticeship or an equivalent qualification
• Further training in social insurance, insurance industry or BVG is an advantage
• You work independently, solution-oriented and gladly take on responsibility
• You communicate confidently in German

Aufgaben

• Assess and underwrite new connections for our collective foundations and prepare needs-based offers
• Review connection applications and make well-founded acceptance decisions
• Act as a competent contact person for our sales team, our clients and partners
• Take professional responsibility for defined subject areas and actively contribute your know-how
• Ensure compliance with our quality standards and support the continuous optimisation of our processes
• Collaborate across departments with various specialist units and help shape the further development of our services
• Engage in projects and working groups and contribute your ideas
• Optionally, take on the role of trainer and accompany our junior talents
