SIXT Schweiz is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the team, manage the fleet, and deliver first-class customer service at the Basel location. Your sales experience and leadership will drive the branch to success.

Qualifikationen

• Commercial or business education with leadership and sales experience.
• Experience in service industry roles preferred; airport/branch experience welcome.
• Fluent in German and English, or French and English, with a valid driver's license.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You make our customers' mobility dreams come true through your on-point fleet management; complaint handling comes easily to you thanks to your cool head and solution-oriented approach
• You are responsible for the operational leadership, development, motivation, and onboarding of your team
• You are passionate about juggling various KPIs and deriving optimal measures, as the responsibility for your station's revenue drives you to exceed your station targets
• You take care of inventory management, reorders, invoice processing, and work closely with service providers; through your diligence, costs always remain within budget
• You maintain an overview of your station and ensure that premium quality and smooth processes are always guaranteed

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Education and Experience You have completed commercial or business administration training/degree and already bring professional and leadership experience in sales-related positions, ideally in service industries close to us (e.g. as Store Manager / Site Manager / Sales Manager / Location Manager); branch managers already active in the field who are ready to transition to an airport location are also welcome
• Sales Competence You are strongly sales-oriented and enjoy customer contact
• Organization and Leadership You like to organize, are empathetic, and know how to properly lead and motivate employees
• Language Skills and Passion You speak fluent German and English, or fluent French and English, are also enthusiastic about cars, and hold a valid driver's license
