Zusammenfassung

MF Group AG is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer (m/f/d) in Chiasso to evolve the core financial platform. You will work on backend services for payments, invoicing and ledgers, with a stack centered on Java, Spring, Oracle/MySQL and Kubernetes.

You will tackle meaningful challenges across ledgers, invoice flows and digital payment solutions, driving secure, scalable experiences for merchants and consumers in a dynamic environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience building enterprise backend applications with Java and Spring.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, relational databases, SQL and data modelling.
• Proven ownership of features from design through to production.

Aufgaben

• Design, build, test, and operate backend services for payments, invoicing, ledgers and data consistency.
• Shape technical direction within your domain and decompose monoliths into domain-oriented services.
• Improve architecture, observability, APIs, testing, and reduce operational complexity.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and architectural discussions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable backend solutions.
