Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/innovative-medicine The QC New Product Introduction (QC NPI) team is responsible for the successful introduction of new products, devices and technologies into Quality Control. We ensure that the QC laboratories are fully prepared for testing by coordinating analytical method implementation, GMP documentation, training and laboratory readiness activities. Working closely with local and global partners from Development, Manufacturing, Quality and other QC functions, we represent QC in cross-functional project teams and support product launches from development through commercialization. Our work offers a dynamic project environment with broad interfaces and a direct contribution to bringing innovative products to patients.

Main Tasks

• Coordinate and plan the introduction of new products and devices into QC.
• Participation in local and global core teams in relation to the product/device launch.
• Review and implementation of test methods for new products.
• Create and review GMP documents for new products.
• Coordinate and plan the introduction of new technologies.
• Coordinate non-conformances, corrective actions (CAPAs) and changes (change control management) related to the introduction of new products.
• Support documentation for new product registration.
• Interfaces to numerous local and global departments (such as the development department, various QC departments and production) as well as the work with new products on site make the daily activities extremely interesting and varied.

• You also have the following qualifications: You successfully completed your science or technology studies, preferably with a focus on the pharmaceutical, (bio-)chemical or biotechnological fields, or you have several years of experience as a chemical or biological laboratory assistant in quality control, or several years of experience in the pharma industry.
• You have very good project management and communication skills.
• You have a customer-oriented approach and «can do» mentality.
• You are interested and have a flair for technological processes.
• Your structured, pragmatic and goal-oriented approach supports you in developing solutions.
• You have experience in the review of analytical data and GMP documents.
• You are fluent in German and English.
