Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in software or ML engineering with a focus on NLP/LLMs.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications (RAG systems, agents, fine-tuning pipelines).
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Opencode, or similar.

What your impact will be like:

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will be a core member of our Development team and thus closely collaborate with our developers, data scientists as well as our cybersecurity professionals. You will take a leading role in designing, building, evaluating, and continuously improving Exeon’s AI projects that supports engineers, security analysts, and business stakeholders. You also will shape how AI capabilities are embedded across Exeon's product portfolio.

In particular, you will:

• Lead AI initiatives related to our NDR (Network Detection & Response) and UEBA (User and Entity Behavior Analytics) products
• Design and implement RAG pipelines, prompt engineering frameworks, and evaluation systems to ensure reliability and accuracy
• Collaborate closely with security analysts and domain experts to translate complex cybersecurity workflows into effective AI-assisted solutions
• Define and uphold best practices for AI development, including model evaluation, safety, and responsible deployment
• Mentor team members and contribute to building a strong AI engineering culture across the organization
