Zusammenfassung

Kraken is seeking an ambitious AI/ML-powered HR systems engineer to own full-stack development of autonomous, agentic HR workflows. You will design, deploy, and govern AI-driven processes spanning HRIS, payroll, and ticketing with strict data privacy controls.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex People operations into scalable, auditable automation, ensuring production-grade reliability and adoption across Krakenites globally.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in AI/ML-powered apps in production.
• 2–3+ years in HR tech or People Ops related problems.
• Fluent with AI/workflow automation tools and deploying AI solutions in HR workflows.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI-powered/workflows in production used by others, not just experiments.
• Deep Workday knowledge: job changes, EIB uploads, payroll dependencies.
• Systems thinker with end-to-end design and deployment mindset.
• Proficiency with AI tooling: n8n, Python, Claude API, API integrations.
• Strong analytical skills to turn people questions into automated analysis.
• Understanding of data classification, PII handling, cross-jurisdiction compliance.

Aufgaben

• Design and deploy AI-powered HR solutions with agentic workflows.
• Build multi-agent systems connecting HRIS, ATS, payroll, ticketing into end-to-end flows.
• Implement error handling, audit trails, payroll-calendar awareness, human-in-the-loop checks.
• Ensure data classification, privacy, and security requirements are met in every system.
• Own governance and risk for People AI systems with Process Owners and documentation.
