Zusammenfassung

Roche in Basel seeks an experienced Analytical Data Science Programmer who translates statistical analysis plans into high-quality, traceable programming outputs for clinical trials, including TLFs, datasets, and interactive dashboards.

You will ensure SDTM/ADaM compliance, contribute to a modern analytics environment, collaborate with biostatistics, data management and clinical operations, and drive robust, timely analytics across programs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 5+ years of statistical programming in a clinical development setting (or 3 years with advanced degree).
• Proficient in SAS or R and capable of creating reliable tables, listings, figures.
• Strong understanding of CDISC SDTM/ADaM standards and data QC processes.
• Experience handling multi-modal data and exploratory analyses across studies.
• Ability to deliver programming outputs independently with traceability.
• Fluent in English; communicate with cross-functional teams.

Aufgaben

• Develop, validate, and maintain SDTM and ADaM datasets and TLFs.
• Create datasets and outputs for various data types including exploratory biomarker data.
• Collaborate on exploratory analyses across disease areas to inform development.
• Support interactive tools and dashboards for dynamic data exploration.
• Provide programming leadership for assigned studies and coordinate across partners.
• Translate analysis plans into executable programming specifications.
• Troubleshoot programming challenges with limited supervision.
• Contribute to standard macros and reusable components.
• Document workflows and maintain audit trails for inspection.
• Work with biostatistics, data management, and clinical operations to define timelines.
• Engage in process improvement and learning activities.
