The role requires a higher education degree in accounting, several years of accounting experience, and strong analytical abilities. Proficiency in English is essential, with good German or French skills beneficial.

Qualifikationen

• Higher education degree in accounting or equivalent.
• Several years of accounting experience.
• Knowledge of accounting, business and financial principles (e.g., GAAP).
• Knowledge of related computer applications (e.g., MS AX, MS Excel).
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Independent, accurate and responsible approach to work.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written), good knowledge of German and/or French.

Aufgaben

• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements.
• Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
• Evaluate and measure the company's profit and loss ratio.
• Analyze budgets and create expense reports.
• Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
• Maintain and update accounting records and files.
• Develop and maintain financial databases.
• Assist in the preparation of financial audits and coordinate the audit process.
