Role Overview
Our Account Managers are an integral part of our Client Services team. This role is dedicated exclusively to managing influencer marketing activity for our client, across the Dach Region . You will work closely on the day-to-day execution of influencer-led brand strategies and campaigns, playing a pivotal role in developing and maintaining ’s presence through meaningful creator partnerships.
The majority of your role will entail the successful management of influencer campaigns, as well as helping long standing relationships with our client to unlock more outstanding work.
About you: You’re an excellent communicator, a problem solver and a proactive contributor with a genuine enthusiasm for the influencer industry and its mission. You are able to manage both up and down with conviction, and you bring strong knowledge of the Dach influencer landscape.
Your everyday ambition should be to: Lead influencer campaign success, build MG Empower’s profile as an invaluable partner to our client, and develop meaningful relationships with clients, suppliers, and influencers.
So that you know you’re achieving success, here’s an overview of the core elements and expectations within your role:
You are accountable for:
- Raising any issues on your campaigns with your AD.
- Contributing to weekly client calls.
- Contributing to client education on influencer trends and best practices.
- Guiding and support junior team members.
You responsibly lead on:
- Day-to-day client updates and communications; delivered proactively and professionally.
- Delivering key influencer campaign updates and presentations compellingly, using strategic language and adapting to ’s feedback confidently.
- Ensuring influencer project excellence; delivering all elements with timeliness and attention to detail.
- Performance oversight; taking an active interest in the ongoing success of influencer activations, offering ongoing insight and proactive solutions.
- Creating flawless influencer briefings, content plans and calendars; ensuring quality control and brand alignment.
- Internal campaign management; updating workbook elements as required.
- Communicating with clients, suppliers, influencers and agents in a convincing and proactive manner.
- Content delivery; diligent review of influencer content, ensuring timelines and feedback are adhered to at every step.
- Overseeing influencer contracts and finance management (reporting into legal and leadership).
- Building, delivering and presenting accurate and informative influencer reports; mastering the tools and processes required to do so.
- Mapping, profiling and securing influencers that are a strategically strong fit, work within budget and support in achieving KPIs.
- Managing positive day-to-day influencer communications.
- Developing longer-term relationships with the Dach Region. based influencers, agents and other third-party suppliers.
- Creating call agendas and recaps for client stakeholders.
- Managing influencers face to face – at photoshoots, content productions and live events across the Dach Region
- Proactively identifying project ‘wins’ and influencer opportunities.
- Speaking through key project updates and results on weekly client calls.
You’ll add valuable input into:
- Campaign planning: Recommending objectives, targets, metrics and content direction.
- Supporting commercial planning for the account; tracking margins and identifying growth opportunities.
- Ensuring influencer trackers, contracts, and finance (invoicing, etc.) are up to date.
- Creating and reviewing influencer contracts in alignment with legal guidance.
You’ll also be involved in:
- Understanding project commercials and ensuring influencer campaigns are commercially successful.
- Onboarding new influencers and internal team members onto the client account.
- Contributing to internal campaign team culture, knowledge sharing and industry education.
- Staying informed on competitor activity, platform changes and trends within the Dach. market.
Candidate Profile
It’s really important to us that you:
- Have 5+ years experience within the influencer industry
- Have experience with tools and platforms to support data and reporting.
- Have a genuine passion for influencer marketing and the Dach creator economy. We’d like you to be on top of the latest influencer trends, platform updates and emerging talent, and be regularly sharing this insight with the client and internal teams.
- Have a clear understanding of what commercial and brand success looks like on each influencer campaign, and how this contributes to both ’s goals and the wider business objectives of MG Empower.
- Have outstanding written and verbal skills.
- Approachable, friendly and adaptable with a can-do attitude.
- Able to work across several teams and company needs whilst meeting any given deadlines.
- Knowledge of working with Google slides, Google Sheets and Keynote is desirable.
