Ideal candidates have a Master in CS/IT/cybersecurity with up to 3 years of experience, strong English, and knowledge of ISO 27001/NIST. The role offers a dynamic environment and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifikationen

• Master degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or related field.
• Newly graduated to 3 years working experience.
• Self-motivated, proactive, well organized and delivery focused.
• Strong problem solver and analytical skills.
• Strong team player with excellent communication (verbal and written).
• Understanding of IT security architecture concepts and best practices.
• Proficient in English; additional German, French or Italian desirable.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 and/or NIST Cybersecurity Framework is a plus.
• Knowledge of Swiss banking regulations and their applicability to technology is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead threat & vulnerability management activities and coordinate remediation.
• Coordinate and manage penetration tests, red team exercises, and security assessments.
• Maintain a centralized process for tracking remediations of findings and vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate on deploying IT security technologies to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Execute daily security operations to protect organizational assets.
• Support IT projects and lead security initiatives to improve cybersecurity hygiene.
• Develop and maintain security documentation and methodologies.
• Implement and monitor IT security controls in line with standards.
• Assist internal and external audits with thorough documentation of controls.
• Provide advisory support through documentation reviews and technology assessments.
