Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain network security infrastructure, including firewalls and VPN solutions.

Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Checkpoint (Maestro, VSX, Multi-Domain Management) and Palo Alto (Panorama, SASE / GlobalProtect VPN) environments.

Support and optimize security policies and rule sets across multiple platforms.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and secure network operations.

Develop automation scripts to streamline security operations and improve efficiency.

Provide L2-level support for security incidents and escalations.

Required Skills and Experience

Proven experience with Checkpoint technologies (Maestro, VSX, Multi-Domain Management).

Hands‑on expertise with Palo Alto firewalls, SCM (Strata Cloud Manager), and SASE / GlobalProtect VPN.

Knowledge of Fortinet FortiGate, FortiManager, and Infoblox (considered a plus).

Certifications from Palo Alto Networks, Checkpoint, Fortinet and Cisco are considered a plus.

Scripting capabilities (Python, Bash, or similar) and an automation‑oriented mindset.

Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills at L2 level.

Proficiency in English; French or German is an advantage.

Motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable to new technologies.
