Manpower Schweiz, partnering with an international fashion company, seeks a Merchandising Specialist to support seasonal collections across multiple product lines. You will work closely with Design, Product Development, Production, Sales and Planning to ensure commercially balanced assortments.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Merchandising or related field and 3–5 years' experience in collection merchandising in consumer goods.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Merchandising, Product Management, Business or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in collection merchandising within structured consumer-goods environments.
• Strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and familiarity with PLM/ERP systems.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Seasonal collection planning and architecture across categories and price points.
• Assortment planning, line lists, grids, and pricing structure.
• Cross-functional collaboration across product development and collection execution.
• Performance analysis, hindsight reports, benchmarking, and market insights.
• Go-to-market with presentations, sell-in tools, and feedback collection.
