The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a Second Class license with the ability to obtain a First Class license within two years.

• Direct daily cleaning activities of custodians and supervise custodial staff.
• Maintain school building operations including mechanical systems, cleaning, and grounds.
• Coordinate with administrators and staff for events and maintenance tasks.
• Monitor and manage energy use, security, and safety of the building.
• Assist in record keeping for boilers and mechanical systems.
