BTRY, a Swiss startup in Zürich-Dübendorf, seeks a Scale-Up Engineering Intern to join the Scale-Up Team. You will work closely with senior engineers on battery materials, cells, and manufacturing processes, gaining hands-on lab experience and contributing to scalable solutions in a fast-moving startup environment.

The role requires a technical degree, strong attention to detail, and interest in battery technology. 100% on-site with potential hybrid flexibility and start as soon as possible.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field.
• Strong interest in battery technology and scale-up.
• Hands-on laboratory work with attention to detail.
• Basic data analysis and technical documentation skills.
• Coin-cell fabrication or electrochemical testing is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support development, testing, and documentation of battery materials and processes.
• Assist senior engineers with laboratory experiments and scale-up activities.
• Perform electrochemical testing and document results.
• Plan and execute Design of Experiments (DOE) studies.
• Analyze data and prepare experiment summaries and reports.
• Maintain accurate records of experiments, samples, and results.
• Fabricate coin cells and prepare samples per procedures.
• Ensure proper storage of data, samples, and equipment.
• Support equipment maintenance and SOPs, ensure safety and quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of workflows.
