We hire for a role aligned with SAP S/4HANA digital transformation, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, innovation, and long-term partnership with customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead and accompany complex sales opportunities and tender processes, orchestrating a holistic ERP offering.
- Collaborate with the Bid Team and Management Consulting to create Business Cases and customer proposals that demonstrate concrete benefits.
- Manage the Presales phase through to deal closure; in Post-Sales, develop the customer, generate Upsell and Cross-sell opportunities, and act as a Trusted Advisor.
- Unilaterally conduct sales and account management conversations by phone (MS Teams) and in person; deliver sales presentations with partners.
- Develop sales strategies and identify new revenue opportunities across the full service portfolio; apply extensive industry knowledge to expand market and customer potential.
- Maintain and track opportunities in the CRM system; handle inquiries and leads from existing and new customers to grow the pipeline.
- Support Demand Management and marketing campaigns for optimal sector and market coverage; participate in partner and customer events.
- Travel readiness with a focus on German-speaking Switzerland as required.
Qualifications
- Several years of experience as a Senior Sales Manager with key accounts and major clients; proven cloud and project successes.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP products and solution business; educational background in business informatics or a business/academic degree.
- Strong selling skills with C-level engagement; familiar with SAP ecosystem and partner landscape.
- Open, communicative, and results-oriented personality; shows initiative, creativity, perseverance, and flexibility.
- Proficient with MS Office; strong negotiation skills in German and English.
- Willingness to travel, primarily within German-speaking Switzerland.
