WinGD Ltd. in Switzerland seeks a SAP Functional Expert FI/CO & PS to drive robust finance and project solutions. You will translate requirements, validate designs early, and partner with Finance, Project Management and IT to ensure accurate reporting and transparent project accounting.

The role emphasizes governance, testing, documentation and knowledge transfer, with opportunities to shape sustainability initiatives in the shipping industry and to collaborate with international stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP FI/CO and PS experience in a functional or consulting role
• Strong configuration knowledge of SAP FI and CO modules
• Solid understanding of SAP PS including project structures, budgeting, and settlement
• Experience in SAP implementations, rollouts, or major enhancement projects
• Good understanding of financial processes such as Record-to-Report and Project Accounting
• Experience with international business stakeholders
• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• SAP S/4HANA experience and/or SAP certification are strong advantages
• Fluent English; German skills are an advantage

• Ensure up-to-date process documentation and knowledge transfer to key users
• Support master data management for financial and project-related data
• Collaborate with external SAP partners on complex configuration and issue resolution
• Contribute to SAP governance, reporting quality, and financial transparency
• Support period-end closing when required

The SAP Functional Expert FI/CO & PS provides deep functional expertise for Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), and Project System (PS) processes. The role ensures robust financial and project-related SAP solutions by enabling clear requirements, early validation, and high-quality implementation. It supports reliable financial operations, accurate reporting, and transparency across projects, acting as the key interface between Finance, Project Management, and IT.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the functional expert and second-level support for SAP FI/CO and PS
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions
• Partner closely with process owners and stakeholders to ensure clear process ownership and continuously improve business processes and system capabilities
• Support SAP enhancements, change requests, and incident resolution
• Prepare and support functional testing, UAT execution, and release readiness for FI/CO and PS changes
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date process documentation and provide knowledge transfer to key users
• Support master data management for financial and project-related data objects
• Collaborate with external SAP partners on complex configuration, enhancements, and issue resolution
• Contribute to continuous improvement of SAP governance, reporting quality, and financial transparency
• Support business-critical activities such as period-end closing when required

Requirements:
