Job summary

FFI Advisory GmbH is seeking an experienced SAP Lead to manage and evolve the SAP Center of Excellence. You will drive the ECC to S/4HANA transition and coordinate with business units to deliver scalable SAP solutions.

Strong leadership and multilingual communication are essential, with a home-office-friendly setup in Hinwil. Applicants should have extensive SAP experience, project management certification, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, BIS, Engineering, Business Administration, or comparable field.
• Several years of experience in SAP application management, consulting, solution delivery, or SAP Business Partner roles.
• Strong expertise in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA, including process integration, support models, and change governance.
• Proven leadership with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels; structured and detail-oriented; under pressure.
• Excellent command of English and German, both written and spoken; PM certification and MS Office proficiency are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the SAP Competence Center, including team setup and service delivery model.
• Ensure stable SAP operations while driving continuous improvement of the landscape.
• Lead the transition from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions with stakeholders.
• Manage external partners and suppliers to ensure quality delivery.
• Strengthen cross-functional IT collaboration through SAP leadership.
