Overview

For our orthopaedics business, we are seeking a strong, customer-focused and communicative personality to join us as a Sales Consultant Trauma. The role focuses on supporting orthopaedics and trauma surgeons, OR managers, and operating room staff in hospitals and clinics, coordinating and applying our high-quality, innovative products, identifying new business opportunities, and managing sales projects within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities
  • Comprehensive sales and product advice in the clinical field of orthopaedics / trauma
  • Systematic planning and organization of field service activities
  • Build long-term customer relationships with physicians, operating room staff, buyers, and other decision-makers
  • Strengthening existing product lines, introducing product innovations
  • Organise and deliver further training events (workshops, customer training) for medical professionals
  • Achieve general and specific sales targets in terms of market penetration and sales
  • Develop and implement sales and action plans in the assigned area in cooperation with the sales manager
  • Represent the business unit at congresses
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally in the medical device sector
  • Clear sales-driven mindset with excellent execution skills and professional presence
