Carhartt WIP is seeking a temporary Sales Assistant (m/f/x) for our Lausanne store, working 8 hours per week on Saturdays. You will deliver excellent customer service, share brand stories, and help drive sales while upholding store standards.

Fluency in French and English is required, with good communication and team spirit. Previous retail experience is preferred, and flexibility is essential to fit the part-time schedule.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and adapt brand stories to the retail setting
• Ensure optimum sales levels are met
• Ensure that all operational store policies and procedures are followed
• Take pride in store appearance and embrace the Carhartt store look
• To develop your product knowledge and understanding of the business
• Establish consumer loyalty and satisfaction
• Have fun selling our product whilst engaging with our valued customers

Your Profile

• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred
• Dedicated, team-oriented and flexible
• Excellent communication and 'people' skills
• Confidence, drive and enthusiasm
• Fluency in French and English is required
