Job summary

Schroders in Zurich is offering a 6-month Internship: Sales Activation within the Client Group. You will support Relationship Managers and the Sales Support Specialist and gain hands-on exposure to the client lifecycle across investment, client service, product and marketing teams.

Ideal candidates are final-year students or recent graduates in Business, Finance or Economics with strong academics. English proficiency is required; German and/or French are a plus.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Finance, Economics or related field with strong academic results.
• First internship experience in financial services, asset management, or related environment is a plus.
• English fluency is required; German and/or French are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers and Sales Support Specialist in daily tasks and client servicing.
• Coordinate with investment, client service, and marketing teams to respond to client inquiries.
• Assist with RFP/DDQ processes and client documentation tracking.
• Support client events and engagement activities (planning, logistics, follow-up).
• Use Salesforce and internal tools to improve pipeline visibility and record-keeping.
