Zusammenfassung

ANYbotics in Zurich offers an internship in the Industrialization team where you’ll help turn robot hardware into manufacturable systems. You’ll write Python to interface with devices, define pass/fail criteria, and deploy tests on the shop floor alongside manufacturing engineers.

This 6-month, 100% onsite role welcomes students in Mechatronics, Robotics, CS, EE, or related fields. You’ll gain hands-on experience bridging software with hardware and contribute to test documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Solid Python programming foundation with experience building projects that interact with hardware, sensors, or external APIs.
• Hands‑on experience with hardware interfaces through university labs, student projects, or personal builds.
• Structured problem solving and interest in measurement fundamentals like tolerances and repeatability.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills; able to draft structured procedures.

Aufgaben

• Develop, test, and deploy Python-based automated test procedures for ANYmal hardware subsystems.
• Instrument and control hardware devices, sensors, and cameras directly through software interfaces.
• Collaborate with test technicians and manufacturing engineers to refine shopfloor testing workflows.
• Write clean, resilient, and reproducible code using established software engineering best practices.
• Contribute to test documentation and technician procedures to ensure seamless shopfloor execution.
