Enact in Zürich is seeking a domain expert to build the base intelligence layer for robotics, training large-scale force-aware foundation models to enable dexterous manipulation across tasks and environments.

You will own end-to-end experiments, from data specification through training to real-robot evaluation, and build datamixes for evaluating high-precision tasks in real-world and simulated settings. Visa sponsorship is offered and relocation support provided.

Qualifikationen

• PhD or equivalent research experience with a proven track record.
• Experience building large-scale predictive or generative models.
• Strong ML fundamentals and rigorous experimental design.

Aufgaben

• Design and execute large-scale pretraining runs for robot foundation models.
• Own experiments end-to-end from data specification to real-robot evaluation.
• Build datamixes and evaluation sets for novel tasks in real-world and simulated settings.
• Research methods to improve sample efficiency and robustness.
