Job summary

Flexion Robotics is seeking an experienced engineer to act as the technical owner for key customer accounts, leading on-site deployments and stabilizing software in the field. You will work closely with R&D, Product, and customers to ensure successful integrations, write deployment runbooks, and provide hands-on support with robotics software and hardware interfaces.

The role requires MS-level education in a relevant field, strong C++/Python skills, and travel up to ~20% to customer sites in

Qualifications

• MS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics or Electrical Engineering.
• Production-level proficiency in C++ and Python.
• Hands-on experience with software interfacing robotics hardware.
• Strong experience with ROS2 and DDS.
• Willingness to travel ~20%.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical owner for key customer accounts and ensure stable integrations of Flexion’s stack on customer hardware.
• Lead on-site deployments at customer facilities and support the software lifecycle from bring-up to daily operations.
• Triage and resolve full-stack issues across software, hardware interfaces and system integration.
• Collaborate with R&D and Product to expand deployments and unblock customer rollouts.
• Capture logs and field learnings to drive product improvements.
