Qualifikationen

• Master’s or PhD degree in CS, Robotics, AI, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong robotics background and a very good understanding of physical AI and robotics systems.
• Excellent software engineering skills, with the ability to design, implement, and test robust solutions.
• Strong Python skills and experience with modern machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch.
• Experience deploying AI/ML systems on real robotic hardware.
• Good understanding of AI training methods, data pipelines, and model evaluation.
• Ability to build repeatable and scalable solutions rather than one-off integrations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across AI, software, and robotics.
• Strong ownership and ability to independently plan and execute technical deployments.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with technical customers.
• Fluent English
• Willingness to travel for customer deployments and technical workshops
• Driving Licence (B)

Aufgaben

• Integrate and deploy mimic's AI models on different robotic platforms and hardware stacks
• Adapt our software, training, and deployment stack to new robots, sensors, and environments
• Work directly with customer engineering teams to integrate and optimize their robotics stack
• Diagnose AI, software, and robotics integration issues and drive them to resolution
• Build scalable tooling and workflows for deploying, monitoring, and improving our models
• Define technical requirements and implement features that improve model productization
• Own deployment planning and execution, coordinating across customers and internal teams
• Translate deployment learnings into improvements for our AI, robotics, and product stack
• Track deployment performance and communicate progress and technical risks to stakeholders
