Nestlé Product Technology Center for Coffee & Beverages in Orbe, Switzerland, seeks a Manufacturing Specialist Roasting to provide technical assistance and manufacturing support to our coffee factories worldwide.

You will collaborate with factory teams, market teams, engineering, packaging, automation, and supplier networks to deliver safe, high-quality and efficient operations at global scale.

Qualifikationen

• Strong roasting know-how with a focus on safety and quality.
• Experience supporting factory operations, product trials and process optimization.
• Ability to train and share knowledge across factory networks.

Aufgaben

• Support coffee factories with technical expertise to improve safety, quality, cost, delivery and environmental performance.
• Drive manufacturing innovation and renovation through new products, processes and technologies.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing standards to deploy technology consistently across sites.
• Build factory capabilities through training, workshops and specialist networks.
• Improve factory performance via process optimization and operational excellence initiatives.
• Enable successful industrial solutions by contributing to capacity projects, line qualification and technology deployment.
