Zusammenfassung

LGT Capital Partners is seeking a skilled RFP Data Analyst for its PACS team in Pfäffikon. The role focuses on analyzing fund, performance, portfolio and firm-level data to support RFPs, RFIs and DDQs for investor materials.

You will ensure accuracy and consistency, translate quantitative inputs into clear content, and act as a bridge between data and client-facing teams. Strong English and willingness to use AI tools are required.

Qualifikationen

  • University degree in quantitative finance, finance, business analytics, economics or a related field; CFA, CAIA or an equivalent qualification is a plus
  • Minimum two years of relevant experience in data analysis, ideally within investor relations, RFP/DDQ, product management, or a related function in asset management
  • Excellent written English; French, German or other languages an asset
  • Prior exposure to data workflows or digital tools, with eagerness to develop these skills further
  • Curiosity and confidence in using AI-assisted tools
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple concurrent deadlines without losing precision and attention to detail
  • Clear, proactive communicator with the confidence to flag issues and ask clarifying questions across teams
  • Team-oriented, with a high sense of ownership and follow-through

Aufgaben

  • Take ownership of the analytical inputs used in RFPs, RFIs and DDQs, including pulling, cross-checking, analyzing and formatting performance, fund, portfolio and firm-level data from multiple sources
  • Complete RFP, RFI and DDQ processes from prospective and existing clients across private and public markets, working within stated deadlines
  • Generate high-quality, tailored responses and continuously improve the firm's standard content library
  • Collaborate directly with business development, investment management and other internal teams to gather inputs and ensure responses reflect LGT CP's current positioning accurately
  • Act as the link between client-facing teams and the PACS Data team, translating investor relations and client servicing needs into clear data requirements and helping ensure timely, accurate delivery
  • Operate as a power user of the firm's RFP platform (Responsive), data workflows and AI-assisted tools, contributing to the continuous improvement of data quality, content maintenance, automation and process efficiency

Job DescriptionThe RFP Data Analyst is part of LGT Capital Partners’ Product and Client Solutions (PACS) team in Pfäffikon SZ and plays an active role in both the firm's client engagement activities and its data infrastructure. The successful candidate is expected to start as soon as possible .The role has a strong focus on data analysis within a client servicing and investor relations context. The successful candidate will work with fund, performance, portfolio and firm-level data that supports RFPs, RFIs, DDQs and other investor-facing materials. This is a role for someone who enjoys working analytically with data, understands the importance of accuracy in client-facing communication, and is able to translate quantitative inputs into clear, reliable and well-structured content.The person will also help improve the team’s workflows by using AI and other tools to maintain the knowledge base and strengthen content and data processes.
