Job summary

Destinus in Zürich, Switzerland is seeking an RF Test Engineer to own RF test setups, measurement procedures, and characterization across the development lifecycle. You will work with prototypes and complex RF systems to turn measurement data into actionable engineering decisions.

• Ability to document, communicate, and present technical results effectively.
• Practical experience assembling, integrating, and troubleshooting RF systems.
• Experience with test automation using scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Physics, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform RF measurements and characterization across the product development lifecycle.
• Analyse, evaluate and interpret measurement data
• Create documentation and test reports
• Collaborate closely with RF, hardware, software, and system engineers to support design validation and troubleshooting
• Manage and handle calibration, repair and purchases of measurement equipment in collaboration with other team members
• Conduct evaluations and performance testing in both laboratory and field environments.
• Support prototype bring-up, debugging, and integration activities.
