Zusammenfassung

Mobimo is seeking a convincing leader to head Portfolio Management at its Swiss real estate division. You will guide strategy development, manage teams at Küsnacht and Lausanne, and steer performance and investments while representing the owner to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate holds a university-level degree, has deep portfolio/asset management experience, understands real estate valuation, and speaks German and French across Switzerland with authority and presence.

Qualifikationen

• University-level degree in business management, real estate economics, architecture, civil engineering or finance.
• Management experience in a comparable environment.
• Several years of professional experience in portfolio management, asset management or real estate investment management, including development and implementation of portfolio and asset strategies.
• In-depth understanding of real estate valuation.
• Strong knowledge of the Swiss real estate market.
• Convincing personality with strong leadership, authority and presence, and excellent communication across German- and French-speaking Switzerland.
