PH Zurich in Zürich seeks a senior educator-research leader to oversee the Education and Upbringing area and shape curricula for secondary level I studies.

You will manage a team of 10, collaborate across departments, design didactic concepts, supervise theses, and contribute to examinations while fostering curricular innovation.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Educational Science or Psychology with a focus on Educational Psychology.
• Teaching diploma at secondary level I with several years of teaching experience.
• Experience in training secondary level I teachers and/or university didactic experience.
• Leadership or project management experience in research and development.

Aufgaben

• Personnel, professional, financial and organisational management of the Education and Upbringing area (10 employees) including personnel development.
• Co-responsibility for the curricular development of the degree programmes at department level.
• Networked and cooperative collaboration with other departments as well as other service areas of PH Zurich.
• University didactic conception of teaching-learning arrangements for students.
• Development, preparation, implementation and follow-up of courses.
• Collaboration in the creation, implementation and assessment of competency assessments and (diploma) examinations as well as supervision of master’s theses
• Participation in interdisciplinary working groups and in subject development.
