Qualifikationen

• Completed business administration degree (Bachelor FH/Uni) or federally certified purchasing/logistics manager with solid procurement law knowledge (OČBV)
• Several years of experience in purchasing or logistics, preferably in the public sector or security-relevant environment
• Proven expertise in complex procurement procedures and conclusion of framework agreements
• In-depth knowledge of SAP logistics or comparable systems
• Assertive, integrous personality with strong communication skills, negotiation ability, decisiveness and strong networking
• German and French skills, English and Italian advantageous

• Ensuring the entire ordering process – from forecast collection to delivery to service recipients
• Conducting supplier evaluations and quality assurance with defined measures
• Acting as the single point of contact for corps, logistics centre and suppliers

On behalf of the Police Technology and Informatics Switzerland (PTI), the Logistics Department is responsible for the KEP office – the cross-corporation renewal of police uniforms. From specification and tendering to procurement and ongoing range expansion: everything is centrally managed and delivered to the service recipients via the AMZ Zurich logistics centre including webshop. The office reports to the KEP operations committee.

Your tasks
