Based in Morat, in the canton of Fribourg, Swiss-Green Engineering Sàrl is a Swiss company specialised since 2009 in renewable energies, with particular expertise in photovoltaics and energy storage solutions.
Our activity covers the entire energy chain: solar production, battery storage, off-grid autonomous systems, grid-connected installations and embedded energy solutions. We design and market solutions intended for both individuals and professionals, with one goal: to promote more autonomous, sustainable and intelligent energy.
Swiss-Green Engineering also stands out for its strong technical expertise. The company notably designs its own SMARTES storage systems in Switzerland and supports its clients and partners in the study, sizing, commissioning and technical support of their installations.
On a human scale, our team operates in a sector undergoing major transformation, at the crossroads of engineering, technological innovation and the energy transition.
Reporting directly to Management, you take responsibility for the Logistics, Assembly/Wiring and After-Sales Service activities, which constitute the operational core of our business.
Your role: to lead, structure and coordinate the entire operational chain, from the receipt and preparation of equipment to the assembly of our solutions, their installation and after-sales follow-up.
Your first challenge will be to break down the barriers between the different operational departments and to build common working methods.
As a hands-on manager, you take a strategic view of the organisation while remaining close to the teams and operational realities. In our SME environment, you are comfortable both in leadership and management and in operational intervention when the situation requires it.
Your objective: to streamline flows, ensure reliable execution, improve collaboration between teams and strengthen their autonomy and accountability.
We are looking for a hands-on manager with a solid technical background capable of structuring an operational organisation without losing touch with the daily realities of the teams.
You have gained significant experience in managing technical and operational activities, ideally in logistics within production, in the fields of electricity, electrotechnics, or energy.
Your experience allows you to quickly understand the functioning of a workshop, logistical constraints and issues encountered by technical teams in the field. You are comfortable in an SME environment where versatility, responsiveness and the ability to intervene concretely are part of everyday life.
You know how to analyse an organisation as a whole, identify causes of dysfunction and transform your findings into simple, concrete and applicable solutions. Your leadership is based on your technical credibility, your ability to make decisions and your aptitude to unite teams around common objectives.
