Zusammenfassung

KPT’s Digital Workplace team is hiring in Bern to advance Microsoft 365 Copilot, deepen the Power Platform foundation, and ensure secure governance. You will implement automations and collaborate with security and stakeholder groups to optimize processes.

The role requires a background in IT, extensive Microsoft 365 experience, and a proactive, structured approach. Office presence in Bern with home office options is offered.

Qualifikationen

• A completed IT education or an equivalent qualification.
• Several years of Microsoft 365 experience with solid Power Platform knowledge.
• Practical experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and agents (e.g., Copilot Studio) or willingness to quickly learn.
• Structured and independent way of working.
• Strong sense for security and data protection; advisory mindset.
